Andy Yang - Within Reach

Opening Night Thursday February 11, 6-8 pm This is Andy Yang's first exhibition at Paul Kuhn Gallery. Andy Yang was born in Guangzhou, China, and immigrated to Calgary, Canada in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Alberta College of Art + Design in May of 2009. Andy's exploration of new media, such as video installation and photography, has allowed him to produce outstanding work that has already captured the attention of the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, where he showcased his work in October 2009. Andy Yang is the Province of Alberta winner of the BMO 1st! Art Award 2009.
