Rabbit Boutique, established in 2010 by Alberta College of Art & Design graduates Cassandra Paul and Su Ying Strang, is an initiative to offer an affordable venue for Alberta-based artists to promote functional artwork. Focusing on artists who combine technical ability with innovative design, Rabbit is excited to showcase these fresh designers to Canada and beyond. To celebrate our physical showroom we are throwing a launch party on first Thursday at Art Central!!! Come on down to check out our new space - with famous baking by Su Ying and drinks! Art Central
Art Central is a visual art complex at the corner of Centre Street and 7th Avenue in downtown Calgary. Art Central has undergone a complete renovation in order to accommodate spaces for studios, art galleries, ancillary retail and related services, as well as a restaurant and café to serve the complex. Art Central opened in November of 2004.
