THE OBSERVATORY showcasing work by José Luis Torres (Montmagny, PQ) During his CAMPER (Contemporary Art Public Exhibition Rig) residency, José Luis Torres will build The Observatory, a temporary network of lookouts in situ near the banks of the Bow River. Participants are invited to discover the landscape, observe the fauna and the flora, to look from a higher vantage, with the lookouts facilitating a connection with the river.
